
Screensharing offers many advantages
The Norwegian Savings Banks Association wrote back in 2003 that screensharing will be an important part of banks future.
"Using a screensharing software in connection with a banks daily communication both with clients, internally and business partners will offer many advantages. Customer service, productivity and a better flow in projects and daily routines are some of the advantages the customers are experiencing. The reduced traveling costs and the environmental benefits should not be forgotten.
The idea that the consultant can see the same screen as the customer and answer questions and give advice about the service was well received by 50% of the customer".
The statement from The Norwegian Savings Bank Association is not an endorsement of Invitt but illutrates the potential advantages with using a screensharing tool like Invitt. Invitt is a perfect tool that could offer bankers and financial consultants several advantages.
